Bid Board means a bulletin board displayed in an area to which the public has access and on which are posted solicitations or announcements of availability of solicitations, or both.

A Caltrans Bidding Connect account is required to download Project Plans, Bid Books and to manage the Project Portal. An account is not required to download the List of Bid Items, Notice to Bidders and Special Provisions and Forms for Bid.
Does building connected have an app?
BuildingConnected is optimized for desktop browsers due to advanced features and functionality. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome on your desktop computer. At this time, we do not have a mobile app, but most mobile browsers will allow you to view your Bid Board when you are away from your computer.
