Bigs must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Must be in a stable living situation.
3. Commit to being matched in the program for at least one year (understanding the enrollment/matching process could take several months).
4. Must be able to meet your Little 2-4 times per month, every month.

Matching. When Big Brothers Big Sisters works to match a Little with a Big, we take into account the needs, personality, interests, and goals of both the child and the adult volunteer.
