Can you still get to Old Karazhan?
You don’t. This. You can only enter old KZ from the front now. Unfortunately both of these posts are correct, as of Legion you are unable to enter old KZ via the side entrance, you are however still able to leave via it.
Is Karazhan a 7 day lockout?
Thanks a lot! The raid instance of Karazhan (from BC) has a weekly lockout and cannot be reset. The dungeon instance of Karazhan (added in Legion) can be reset as many times as you want, but as fortheringham already mentioned, you’ll only receive loot the first time you kill a boss each week on Mythic difficulty.
Can I enter Karazhan without key TBC?
Currently, it is possible for players who have not done the Kara attunement to enter Kara. Removal of the attunement was not mentioned in the announcement or recent Blue posts. Karazhan attunement requirement was originally removed in patch 2.4.

One time. And it has only one mode, as all the raids from that time. The armour is class locked so only a druid can unlock the transmog and I only have one so far.
