We are locals so when we go, we only go a couple hours. If you have small children who are going to want to do the splashpad area and play areas then 2-days might be worthwhile. Zoo didn’t have those when my children were young so we were always strictly looking at animals. If you do IMAX those run 40-50 minutes.
