Even at Ford I would have thought £450 was more than enough to cover it.

Prices down there must be high i had a full cambelt and aux belt done for £280 inc vat and parts at a ford dealers they also replaced the cam seal and bolts as well im sure the waterpump is droven by the aux belt not the cambelt so you could leave that till it needs done More sharing options…
