How do I renew my aha ecard?
My card is about to expire. How do I get a new one? Contact an AHA Training Center near you to inquire about your options for renewing your course completion card. The Training Center will also be able to answer questions about class availability and cost.
What is an AHA eCard?
An AHA eCard is the electronic equivalent of a printed course completion card and can be provided to students as an alternative to a printed card. eCards are valid course completion cards and can be presented to employers as proof of successful completion of an AHA course.
How long does it take for CPR card to be emailed?
Students paying for their class in advance (day before scheduled date) will have their card emailed to them the same day (except for holidays). Students paying onsite or day of class will have their ecards emailed to them within 48 hours.
What is eCard code?
eCard code: The eCard code is printed below the course name. The format of the code is the last 2 digits of the year the eCard was issued, followed by a 3-digit course code and a 7-digit random number. This code may be used by students or employers to access and verify eCards at www.heart.org/cpr/mycards.
How do I print my AHA certificate?

- Select My eLearning.
- Go to the Certificates section.
- In the Completion Certificates column, click the mail icon to email your certificate or click the download icon to download your certificate and print.
How can I print my BLS certificate online?
After successfully completing the online course you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
