How do you change the language on MovieStarPlanet?
Click Account Settings Under Company Settings click Default Settings. Under Culture drop down select culture you want to apply to your account, This will change the date format but not the UI….Click Save Settings
- Log into ngp.mspmanager.com.
- Click on your name at top right.
- Select Language.
- Click language to switch over to.
Why can’t I log into MSP?
Your account is probably safe and sound. Please make sure you’re trying to connect to the right domain. MovieStarPlanet has different domains for each country, each in its own language. To connect to CA, please go to MovieStarPlanet.ca on the computer or select the correct flag on the app.
