For noise, they are listed to be 18 – 26 dBA. I did test 100% fan speed noise levels and with our meter and with a much higher ambient noise level (32db) the QL120 peaked at 43.7db which is a little louder than what Noctua fans in our office test at, but still not that loud.

Each Lighting Node Pro comes with two USB connections, which you could connect to 2 Corsair RGB fan hubs. But you still need 9 PWM connectors to power the fans, and the Commander Pro only has 6.
Can you plug any fans into CORSAIR Commander PRO?
Yes, you can connect non-Corsair fans to the Commander Pro as it is a 6 fan, 4 pin PWM controller; however, RGB control is proprietary and you will not be able to control that.
