Can you use YMCA membership at all locations?
Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating Y in the United States through membership at your “home” YMCA (your home location is the facility that enrolled you as a member and that collects your membership dues).
How do you get into the YMCA housing?
YMCA Supported Housing Selection Criteria
- Are single, and between the ages of 16 to 24.
- Have identified support needs and be willing to access support.
- Are willing to abide by the House Rules of the scheme.
- Want to attend regular support meetings.
- Are able to meet the accommodation costs.

How do I pay for my Y membership?
We have five adult branches – Sara’s, Childress Klein, Dowd, Gateway Village and Harris Express – which welcome members and guests ages 16 and up. When you join the Y, you pay for your membership with a monthly bank, credit or debit card draft. We charge your account on the 1st or 15th of each month—you choose.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my Y membership?
If you are not satisfied with your Y membership in your first 30 days with us, we refund 100% of the amount paid at joining. Your membership card is non-transferable. Members sharing cards with others may have their membership terminated. Government photo ID required for members ages 16 and up.
