Where is AX 2022?
Big news for anime fans suffering from post-con blues: During the closing ceremonies of AX it was announced that Anime Expo will be hosting Anime Expo Ontario on Nov. 12-13, 2022. Fans will be able to return to the acclaimed anime convention in San Bernardino County this fall.
Do Anime Expo tickets sell out?
Anime Expo has officially confirmed that all badges have sold out. This includes the 4-Day general attendee along with the single-day passes. The announcement comes only a few days before the event is set to start, which attracts over 100,000 people.

Does Anime Expo check ID?
Bring your Anime Expo badge, the confirmation email from Showclix (printout or via mobile device) and a valid photo ID showing your date of birth. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to show a government-issued photo ID, in order to pick up a ticket or wristband.
Can you cosplay at any age?
COSPLAY IS AN ALL-AGES EVENT. There will have one competition for children 13 and under and then a contest for anyone else entered. The Cosplay choice should be considered a PG-13 rated event at the most.

What happens if a panel is cancelled during Anime Expo?
If a panel is cancelled, then SPJA may fill that empty slot with another panel from the waitlist. The scheduling of Panels during Anime Expo is done solely for the purpose of filling in a time slot after a cancellation.
