Terrible customer support and ToS enforcement. Today October 19th 2021, Square Enix decided to force all players who own Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider (2016) and Shadow of the Tomb Raider (2018) on steam, to now have a mandatory Epic Account to be able to play the game. If you refuse to do this, you cannot play the game at all.
