Start your review of Big Bus Tours. Pros: The overall concept is great: a continuous loop of buses that stop at all of the big touristy spots. My husband and I were able to see the sights, and enjoy Golden Gate Bridge without the hassle of driving/parking ourselves. Riding on the top level of the bus was a really cool way to experience the city.
How good is the bus tour around the island?
Good tour if you are here for the first time. Plenty of stops on the way with frequent buses. Spectacular bridge crossing. Only let down was the state of the buses which most have seen better days, occasionally had to hunt for a headphone sockets that worked. Trust me, they are.
