As the Army leaps forward, HR Managers must be prepared to provide commanders with the most updated information on Soldiers via new HR system integrations and current systems. The Army’s corporate database is the Total Army Personnel Database (TAPDB). The TAPDB supports the Regular Army, the ARNG, and the USAR.
