What happens leap 8?
Leap 8 is referred to as βThe World of Programs.β Generally speaking, this means your toddler now understands how to reach an end goal in multiple different ways. As an example of this, your toddler can start to understand what it means to do the laundry or get dressed.
Do babies eat less during wonder weeks?
During a leap it is possible your baby: Eats less. Sleeps less or wakes up a lot of the times. Seems to go back in his development in stead of forth. Cries more.
How can I soothe my baby in a developmental leap?
In the evenings, follow a bed time ritual: give your baby a bath so they are relaxed and warm or given them a baby massage. Start slowing things down as bedtime approaches. If your baby cries once they are in their cot, then go in and check on them, and try to calm and settle them down.
