Does AeroGarden have a pump?
There are several AeroGarden models that operate with a pump (rather than an aerator/bubbler), and the pump setting does not behave in the same way in all models.

Does the size of the air stone matter?
Smaller bubble must be better than big bubbles, or why would we even bother with air stones at all? Just let the air bubble out of the end of the hose. Smaller bubbles will give more surface area to the same volume of air compaired to big bubbles. More surface area will mean more chance for gas exchange.

What are the different models of Miracle Gro garden pumps?
AeroGarden Harvest, Ultra, Extra models (with the Miracle Gro logo on the hood), and Bounty models operate differently. These models all have a pump connector cord that exits from the back of the bowl and plugs into the back of the base. Make sure the pump is plugged in securely before moving on to further troubleshooting.
Why is my pump not working in my Miracle-Gro grow deck?
