How do you use a Metrologic scanner?

- Simply connect the USB cord to the Metrologic scanner.
- Insert the cord until it clicks. Gently pull to insure the cable is locked.
- Connect the other end to the back of your computer.

What is a royal barcode?
Royal Mail adds barcodes to stamps allowing people to watch videos or see messages from senders. Those who receive a letter with one of the new stamps will be able to view content chosen by the sender, such as a birthday message or other greeting, after scanning the barcode using the Royal Mail app.

Will barcoded stamps expire?
We’re giving you plenty of notice about this change and any non-barcoded stamps you have will still be valid until 31 January 2023. If you won’t be able to use all of your stamps by that date you can swap them out for new barcoded ones.
