Is Baylor Beach Park open to the public? Yes, we are open to public, however, we are now operating under a capacity limit due to changing times. We are hoping to offer pre-sale tickets for the summer of 2022, please check back before summer, for more info. to come!
Who owns Baylor Beach?
Kelley Baylor- Samaco and her husband, Matthew, both being in education, are involved in summertime management and operations. With the 4th generation (grandchildren, Cameron, Cole, Luke Baylor, and Carter and Lilly Samaco) on the horizon, Baylor Beach Park will continue to be a family owned and operated business.

Swimming and Picnicking, along with many other park activities, are just some of what Baylor Beach Park has been offering to guests for many years! Our family-friendly park has a two-acre Swimming Lake that is perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days!
Is Baylor Beach and campground a good place to Camp?
This was our first visit to Baylor Beach and Campground. We had a fun weekend as a family camping but I don’t think we would return. Pros: Very friendly staff, the beach/water area has a lot of fun activities, we enjoyed the gem mining and the water tricycles, nice walking trail, basketball and volleyball available
