You are allowed to take any camera, cell phone, video camera in and use it at any of the areas EXCEPT when you go to do your dolphin swim. Don’t worry about getting pictures, they have professional photographers filming and photographing each individual.

The temperature of our pools remains constant throughout the year. The fresh water Serenity Bay, Freshwater Oasis and Wind-Away River are maintained around 85-86 F (30 C). The salt water Dolphin Lagoon and The Grand Reef® is maintained around 76-77 F (25 C).

Can the stingrays at Discovery Cove sting you?
You can only bend over from the waist and look at the stingrays, but the nice thing here is you get to touch them and see their beautiful and captivating eyes. You won’t get stung – their barbs are removed, and the reason they have you stay on your feet is because the rays are big and can knock you around.
Can I wear my Apple watch at Discovery Cove?
Yeah you can wear a watch and take phone etc, we took a water proof camera. You are not allowed this during Dolphin swim though. They ask you to take off all jewellery during swim too. (anything that can fall in and harm Dolphins).
