How do you program BIOS?
The BIOS is machine code capable of booting a PC. It’s directly executable code the PC can use. It was programmed using a machine language or assembly language compiler that then records it onto EEPROM’s (electrically erasable programmable read only memory) on a motherboard’s chip set.
