The WELL Fitness Center is a 12,000 square feet recreation center featuring state of the art fitness equipment, group fitness classes and full-service locker rooms with showers.

The Fit is located within The Village on the North side of the Tampa campus. A state of the art recreation facility, The Fit serves all USF students’ recreational needs. This facility is approximately 19,280 square feet and features a zero entry outdoor pool.

The USF Swim Club, a semi-competitive club on campus, practices alongside our Master’s Swim Club. All participants are encouraged to participate in a least two Master’s Swim Meets annually, one of which USF hosts in February.
