bought dvd because recently bought a spinning bike here on amazon as well. The workout is good- only one routine on the DVD. The music could be a bit more fun. The instructor is engaging. No complaints. Not bad at all, but not fantastic either. Would recommend purchasing a DVD with different workouts as one can get boring.
