In 2018, Loeb won the Spanish round of that year’s World Rally Championship, in a rare entry six years after his retirement as a full-time rally driver. In the 2021 Extreme E Championship Loeb alongside Cristina Gutiérrez in Team X44 finished 2nd to Rosberg X Racing’s Johan Kristoffersson and Molly Taylor .
