The ProStart® National Certificate of Achievement (COA) is an industry-recognized certificate that signifies a strong foundation in the basic management and culinary skills considered critical to success by industry leaders.

What are the principles of commitment?
The principle of commitment declares that humans have a deep need to be seen as consistent. As such, once we’ve publicly committed to something or someone, we’re much more likely to go through and deliver on that commitment (hence, consistency).

Applications open on March 1, 2022. The National ProStart Invitational (NPSI) is the country’s premier secondary school competition focused on restaurant management and culinary arts. When does the NRAEF scholarship program start?
