Why is my pre lit tree blinking?
This often occurs through rough handling or improper storage of a tree. Look to find the loose bulb, check the wires to ensure they are properly aligned, and secure the bulb tightly within the socket. This should fix the issue. If a short has occurred, the light string is usually not repairable.

How do I reset my Itwinkle light?
Reset the light set From the home screen of the App, tap the “RESET” icon in the upper right hand corner. The App will then display a list of coded light sets within range. Select the light set you want to reset from the list and tap OK.

The tree can be well made, the lights can be high quality, and the design is perfect, but an incandescent bulb is still only going to burn for about 3000 hours. Eventually, the bulbs will burn out. In my case, the tree started losing light strands on the third year I set it up.
