The recipes are few and bad. This is not a cookbook. The first half of the book is droning on and on about sugar, addiction, and it is filled with pictures of the author that are definitely meant to remind you how thin she is, and how if you’d only listen to her and stop being a sugar addict, you can be that thin, too!
