What lounges are at Philly airport?

On Sept. 30, 2019, the A-West Admirals Club in Philadelphia (PHL) will close and transformation into a Flagship Lounge will begin. Opening in 2020, the new lounge will feature “elevated dining options, enhanced guest services and private shower suites.” The Philadelphia lounge was originally slated to open in 2018.
Can you pay to get into Centurion lounge?
Can I purchase a membership to The Centurion® Lounge? We do not currently offer memberships. Access is only available to Platinum Card Members, Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members, Centurion Members, and eligible guests.
How much is a United lounge day pass?
$59 per person
one-day pass. One-time passes to United Clubs cost $59 per person and can be bought in person or through United’s mobile app. One-time pass holders can only bring children under 2 for free; you’ll have to purchase a separate one-time pass for other traveling companions.
