- Log into Workspace.
- Click Applause tab.
- Search for the shout you want to amend/delete using the Search Applause functionality locate in the left hand-side of the window.
- Click the three dots menu located in the right hand-side of the shout.
- Click Edit to change the Shout.
- Click Delete to remove the shout.
