Is citizens cider gluten free?
All of our ciders are gluten free. We use the hops as a flavoring ingredient in our cider. Unlike beer, we do not use malts or barley which contain gluten.
Is Citizen cider dirty Mayor gluten free?
All of the ciders are GF and almost everything on the menu is GF; they have a dedicated fryer too. We throughly enjoyed two cider flights, the curry pumpkin soup special, sliders, and french fries. Everything was delicious, really hit the spot! Our server was very knowledgeable about Celiac.
