From the moment you order your kit, the average turnaround time for the results is 4 to 6 weeks (depending on factors such as the time it takes to get the sample to us). Once we have your results, we will contact so that you can access them with your user account in the customer area of the website.

How accurate is TellMeGen?
It depends on what you’re looking for. TellmeGen definitely doesn’t offer the worst ancestry service you’ll find, but it’s also far from the best. It doesn’t test your Y-DNA or mtDNA, nor does it cover as many biogeographical regions as some of its competitors, like 23andMe and AncestryDNA.
