For most guests, “The Hub” is the central circle at Magic Kingdom, comprising the area in front of Cinderella Castle, the popcorn carts, and the grassy fireworks viewing area. Basically it’s the middle of Magic Kingdom that’s not really part of any of the lands.

They do not drug test any cast members. If you TELL your manager you do drugs, they will ‘investigate’ you, which means they will escort you off property and terminate you. Just keep your mouth closed about smoking weed.
Are they building a Disney in Texas?
No, Disney is NOT moving to Texas, including Austin, Dallas, or anywhere else in the state of Texas. There are no public plans from The Walt Disney Company for moving Disneyland or Disney World from California or Florida to Texas.
