Are all Focus RS made in Germany?
The biggest reason it is built in Germany is because the 2 previous iterations of of the Focus RS were built at the same plant. There is a Focus plant in Michigan, but the RS physically would not fit down the assembly line. Few more reasons than that, but won’t go into it.
