Can I ask British Airways for a refund?
Your right to cancel within 24 hours. If you have booked directly with British Airways and you notice a mistake with your booking after you have paid for your ticket(s), you can cancel your flight booking and claim a full refund without penalty, up to 24 hours from when you make the original booking.

Does BA refund eVoucher?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you because the eVoucher was issued to you before your flight was cancelled. You can still spend your eVoucher on ba.com to pay or part pay for flights that are completed by 30 September 2023.
Why can’t I change my flight online British Airways?
Amendments cannot currently be made online, however (if eligible) you can request to cancel your booking in exchange for voucher credit online. If you would like to make any other changes, please contact us by telephone. Cancellation and amendment penalties can increase as you get closer to travel.
