The fraternity seeks to build men with “Fourfold Development”, encouraging growth in the intellectual, physical, social/moral and spiritual aspects of their lives. The name FarmHouse is an acronym standing for Faith, Ambition, Reverence, Morality, Honesty, Obedience, Unity, Service, and Excellence.

FarmHouse has had a history of high academic success. In the Fall of 2019 our members finished fifth among 37 IFC fraternities with a 3.38 GPA. The following semester the chapter improved its GPA to a 3.58 average.
