What is it like working at Mencap?
Good job and very easy The mencap I worked at was easy work and lovely clients, but the staff moral is low, the hours are easy but you have to work more days due to sometimes just a 6 hour shift. The manager is lovely but the company are to big to look after staff properly so everyone gets stressed.
