Are H1B lottery results out 2021?
H1B 2022 Registration Lottery results are out since March 27th, 2021. While, we do not have official press release from USCIS, it is confirmed by many users in social media groups. Some of them shared sample selection notices as well. We will review sample notice details in next section.
Can employee check H1B lottery status online?
The tracking service is only available to those applicants who have already completed the application process. If the applicant is unable to obtain the application status online, he/she can contact the USCIS service centre on the following telephone numbers: SRC Texas Service Centre 214-381-1423.
How to check H1B lottery registration?
If you are selected in the H1B lottery, and once your employer files your H1B petition and USCIS issues a receipt notice (I-797 Notice of Action), it will have a receipt number. You can use this receipt number to check the status of your petition.
Is H-1B lottery really random?
Lottery selections are processed at random and are not determined by when during the window the registration was submitted nor is there any assessment of the merits of the registration. Once the 65,000 H1B cap has been filled, 20,000 petitions will be randomly selected from the Masters Cap petitions.
Are all H1B results out for 2023?
They accepted H1B registrations for FY 2023 season from March 1st, 2022 until March 18th, 2022. The H1B 2023 Lottery Results were out over the weekend of March 25th, 2022. Many applicants were notified over a period of a few days from March 25th until March 29th, 2022.
How long is H1B lottery valid?
The H1B nonimmigrant is permitted to stay in the U.S. for a period of 3 years and the period can be extended but it cannot go beyond 6 years.
