How do you administer SIMPONI injection?
For RA, PsA, and AS: SIMPONI® 50 mg is given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection) once a month. For UC: SIMPONI® begins with 3 starter injections under the skin (subcutaneous injection): Two 100-mg injections on the first day of treatment, followed by one 100-mg injection 2 weeks later.
