I tried to contact the assistant and NO response. Finally, an email arrived saying we would have our consultation via Zoom. The appointment day came and went.

Hours go by and guess who shows up Jasmine (round 2pm). Nonetheless I’m still excited because the famous Razor chic is about to cut my hair. Her personality…. what personality?? She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and asked about my hair and what I wanted. I told her I wanted platinum color, cut into a pixie finger waves due to my Edges.

Shouts out to KC (who handled my various trips to the wash bowl as well as a couple other services in between) for calming my nerves with his lively attitude, explaining what I can look forward to and how to take care of my specific hair.
