Just a horrible facility. Maybe the employees need more training. You pay the merchant for the order, they do their part in shipping it out, BUT once it reach Kearny, NJ you are pretty much screwed. You are on a wing and a prayer that someone will get it right. If I could give a ‘lesser than’ star, I would have.
