To wear the headphones, gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and twist the headphones into place. Doing this make easy to make sure the headphones are properly and firmly in the ear canal.

– Take out both earbuds and turn them off, press and hold the buttons for 20s simultaneously until the indicators flash in red and white and go out twice. – Place back and then take out both earbuds to have them connect to each other at first, then pair the right earbud to your device.

Pairing. The earbuds automatically pair to each other after being taken out from the charging case. The indicator of the main earbud flashes in orange and white alternately, and the indicator of the second earbud stays on white. Activate Bluetooth on the device, and hit “SOUNDPEATS Sonic” on the Bluetooth list to pair.

Can you shower with SOUNDPEATS Sonic?
The Sonic Wireless Earbuds have a water-resistance rating of IPX5. This means they’re splash-resistant, and can even handle heavy rain. However, we wouldn’t want to tempt fate by wearing them in the shower. Just set them aside to charge when you’re cleaning off after your workout.
Which way do earbuds go in?
Before wearing the earbuds, make sure to attach the ear tip and wing tips to the earbuds. Check the direction of each earbud and put them in your ears with the wing tip facing upwards (as shown below) until they sit conformably in your ears.
How do I get my headphones to stay in my head?
If you already have a pair of headphones, you can do the following to keep them from falling off:
- Wear them correctly.
- Purchase accessories like ear hooks or headband cushions to make them fit more securely.

How do you attach new ear buds?
Place the new left earbud in the charging case along with the existing right earbud. Close the lid and charge for at least 20 minutes. Open the lid and the 2 earbuds will automatically connect.
How do you connect left and right earbuds?
- Step 1: From off status, press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds on both earbuds until the LED flashes BLUE.
- Step 2: Once connected, the LED on the left earbud will flash BLUE twice every 5s and the LED on the right earbud will alternate between flashing BLUE & RED indicating that it is in pairing mode.
