How does an Ansul system work?
An Ansul Kitchen System utilises specific discharge nozzles that are installed above / near each hazardous appliance, behind grease extractors, as well as into duct work. When a fire is detected, a pre-determined flow rate of low pH liquid fire suppressant will automatically spray on all hazardous surfaces / equipment.
