What happened at the end of The Animatrix?
The humans fight alongside their newly converted and green-eyed robotic allies. The newly ‘converted’ runner plugs a dying Alexa into their matrix, where she screams in horror before dying in real life. The final scene shows the runner staring out over the sea as Alexa did in the opening shot of the film.

How did Trinity get powers?
In The Matrix Resurrections, Trinity develops the same reality warping powers as Neo after being reawakened to her true identity. By touching hands, Neo and Trinity can let out a powerful telekinetic shockwave and she is later able to manipulate the appearance of the Analyst with just snaps of her fingers.

Animatrix is an anthology of short films expanding upon the mythology of the Matrix world. Most of them act as interludes or prequels to the movie The Matrix, and were intended to be filler between the runaway success of The Matrix and the release of The Matrix Reloaded.

B1-66ER was the name of the B1 -series Machine who became infamous during the Second Renaissance, owned by millionaire Gerrard E. Krause. B1-66ER’s actions led it to become a martyr of the Machine race.
What was the result of the B1-66ER case?
Civil rights activists (some of whom had been rebuffed in their efforts to purchase B1-66ER from the state) along with androids and other robots flooded the streets of the capital in protest of the court’s decision. The protest ultimately devolved to a riot which the National Guard was brought in to quell.
Why did B1-66ER kill his own master?
He killed his master (owner), several of his chihuahuas, and Martin Koots, employee of ReTool and Die. B1-66ER later claimed it was in self defense because they were planning to have him destroyed.
