How long are Tncc classes?
The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is a 16-hour, two-day course designed to provide core-level trauma knowledge and psychomotor skills associated with the delivery of professional nursing care to the trauma patient.
Does Tncc expire?
Upon successful completion of the course (written and skills exams), each participant will receive a verification card. Expiration of verification card will occur four years from the first day of the month in which the card was issued. Only Registered Nurses will be issued certification cards.

What should I wear to the Tncc?
Attire. Wear loose, comfortable clothing or scrubs. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have physical conditions that might prevent you from participating in the course, please notify us prior to the course.
