How do I know my karate gi size?
The height of the karateka determines the uniform size. For a child: sizes range from 100cm to 150cm. For an adult: sizes range from 160cm to 200cm. Because karate is a contact sport, the uniform fabric needs to be light enough for good freedom of movement.
Should I wash my karate belt?
We recommend that you don’t wash your martial arts belt due to possible shrinkage. Try using packaging tape to lift surface dirt from your belt. Apply a piece of clean tape to the dirtied area of the belt and then remove it.

Can I wear any color gi?

Can you wear a judo gi for Karate?
