Can Little League coaches wear uniforms?
Junior/Senior League – Managers and coaches may wear full uniforms. If not in full uniform, the same dress code for Little League will apply here.
Does a catcher have to wear a catcher’s mitt in Little League?
Yes. In all levels of baseball, catchers are required to wear a catcher’s mitt that is consistent with protecting the hand. They are not permitted to wear any other kind of glove such as a first basemen’s mitt or a regular fielding glove.
Can you wear chains in Little League?

There is identical prohibition on a runner sliding head-first while advancing (in the Major division and below) in both Little League Softball and Little League Baseball. The runner is out, and the ball remains live [(Rule 7.08(a)(4)]. Runners may dive head-first when returning to a base.
Can you intentionally walk a batter in Little League?
Starting in 2017, defensive teams are now able to elect to intentionally walk a batter by announcing the decision to the plate umpire. After appropriate notification is made by the defensive manager, the ball is ruled dead and no other runners may advance unless forced by the batter’s award of first base.
Can a catcher block the plate in Little League?
Runners are not required to slide, and catchers in possession of the ball are allowed to block the plate. However, runners who do slide and catchers who provide the runner with a lane will never be found in violation of the rule.
