Parking: Heading north on Honoapiilani Highway (Hwy 30), look for Mile Marker 31. On the ocean side just after the marker, there is a small sign for DT Fleming Beach as well as a road leading down. Take this road, and you’ll find the beach parking at the end of it. There are plenty of parking spaces here.
