The public is invited to attend the opening ceremony on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., with the doors officially opening immediately after and plenty of family-friendly activities to follow until 2:00 p.m.

Anyone is welcome to visit the library! In addition to UCR students, faculty and staff, several other groups of people are welcome to check out books. Only UCR Students, staff and faculty are able to use our online licensed materials off-campus. They are available to all by coming onto the campus.

You can check out materials at circulation/reserves desks with your valid library card. Loan periods vary by item and by card holder status, so be sure to check your borrowing privileges. You are responsible for all items checked out on your card and should not loan borrowed materials to any other person.

All rooms require a valid Riverside Public Library card to reserve and check out. When you arrive, you can check in at the 4th floor desk and they will assist you.
