Who owns the apartments in The Shard?
No apartment sales have been recorded by the Land Registry. Levels 53 to 65 and the apartments’ exclusive entrance on the ground floor were in December 2015 leased to LBQ Four, a Jersey-registered firm believed to be part of the London Bridge Quarter, the holding company that owns the Shard.

The bar is reserved for walk-ins and we operate it on a first come, first served basis. Our guests do not need to pay any kind of entrance fee to access the Shard.
Do you need ID for the Shard?
Visitors may be required to provide a proof of identification or, where applicable, the credit card used for the booking of such tickets. Admission to The View will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket.
