- switch off ur internet then try running fsx in offline mode.
- try reinstalling fsx.
- if u have 2 pcs, download fsx on the other one.

just locate the folder Flight Simulator X files like in that select LogBook.Bin file ( 20-25 kb) delete that file. Now try to open simulator . It will open faster than before.
