How do I disconnect Tango?
If you still want to delete your account (without possibility to restore it), please follow these instructions:
- Go to your profile page.
- Open Settings at the bottom of the menu.
- Tap Account settings.
- Press “Delete account”
- Choose the reason and confirm your request.

How to unblock suspended account
- If the account is suspended temporarily, Tango team will send you a message with instructions on how to get your account restored.
- If you don’t get a message, you may contact support for assistance in order to find out the reason, and guidelines on how to restore the account.
How can I create a Tango account?
To create a new profile, go to your Tango TV home page. Use your remote control to select “Settings” and then “Profile”. After that, click “Add a user” and enter the name you want to register as new. Finish off by clicking “Done”.

Why is Tango blocking my device?
If your device is blocked from being able to register, it may be due to the following: You’re attempting to register from a device that has previously had at least one account suspended for violating the Tango Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
Does Tango save messages?
Tango doesn’t provide its users an automatic backup function. However, it allows users to extract/export chat and call logs via email.
How do I know my tango ID?
Your Tango customer account number appears on your contract and your invoices (it’s an 8-digit-number starting with “2”). You can also get it by sending an SMS with the content COMPTE to 62000 (free service).

Can I have two Tango account?
If you just need one ACCOUNT then you will only have one CUSTOMER (GROUP), which you may name identically to your account for the sake of simplicity. If you have multiple accounts, you may choose to group them under multiple Customers (Groups), according to your business model.
How do I find my tango ID?
Find people around the world. Enter the new location into the search box, and when the map zooms there, tap the “Find people around this location” button at the bottom. Tango will then list Tango users from that particular area.
Can an app block me?
The app doesn’t have any data on the phone to block your device . It generates an unique id for each device on it’s server . So no matter how much time you format your device ,it won’t help. The only way might be accessing it through some different proxy address .
